Manleys sponsor award for Best Final Year project at the inaugural End of Year Show for IMD

Manleys were delighted to sponsor the award for the Best Final Year Project at the University of Ulster's inaugural End of Year Show for Interactive Multimedia. Guests at the Jordanstown campus had an opportunity to interact with students and experience a mix of interactive media exhibitions. Manleys Client Services Director, Joe Turley commended Course Director Peter Nicholl and the students on the standard of work on display, including that of the award winner Kyle Gawley.

Joe went on to say that "...at Manleys, we are committed to the development of creative innovative solutions that deliver results for our clients. To achieve this people, teamwork and hard work play a pivotal role, something akin to what I’ve seen here this evening. As a growing business we are always on the look out for budding young talent and are proud to support the University of Ulster on this celebratory occasion..."

Professor Lachlan MacKinnon, the external examiner for the BSc Interactive Multimedia Design (IMD) course, selected Kyle Gawley's final year project as the best project within the class of 86 students.  Dr. Peter Nicholl, Course Director for IMD, said: “We were all impressed with the quality and standard of work this year and Kyle's work was particularly outstanding.  We would like to thank Joe Turley for presenting the prize on behalf of Manleys at the inaugural End of Year Show held on the Jordanstown campus.”
